Job Description/ Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions using AKS, Azure DevOps and Azure Public Cloud. Oversee the deployment and management of cloud resources to ensure high availability and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing insurance platforms. Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance to protect sensitive insurance data. Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and optimize resources for cost-efficiency. Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline cloud operations and reduce manual intervention. Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. Conduct regular audits and assessments of cloud environments to identify and mitigate potential risks. Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Participate in the development of disaster recovery plans and ensure their effectiveness. Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud processes and workflows.
