Hiring: Epic ERP Systems Administrator & Technical Lead

Location: Must be residing in Calgary, AB or Winnipeg, MB

We're looking for an experienced Epic ERP Systems Administrator & Technical Lead to own and support an enterprise Epic ERP environment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on system administration, integrations, upgrades, performance optimization, and continuous improvement across critical business applications. What You'll Do Administer, configure, and optimize the Epic ERP platform. Lead ERP upgrades, patches, testing, deployments, and release management. Design and support integrations between Epic ERP and other enterprise systems. Develop automation, scripts, APIs, and custom solutions to improve business processes. Troubleshoot complex ERP, integration, database, and performance issues. Manage user security, permissions, and role-based access. Support SQL reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence initiatives. Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver technology solutions. Collaborate with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. What We're Looking For 7+ years of enterprise ERP administration experience. Hands-on experience administering Epic ERP. Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, configuration, and system administration. Experience with SQL Server, APIs, integrations, web services, or ETL tools. Scripting or automation experience. Experience supporting Windows Server environments and cloud-based enterprise applications. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Experience leading ERP upgrades, deployments, and production support. Nice to Have Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Power BI Power Platform Manufacturing (MRP) Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) CRM integrations ERP implementation or migration experience
