In this role, you will play a strategic part in the design, optimization, and reliability of systems, while contributing to engaging and impactful technology projects.
Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable, secure, and high-performing applications.
- Participate in system improvements, integrations, and the development of new solutions.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and automate processes.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a production environment.
- Contribute to system architecture and technology selection.
- Implement and maintain development best practices and proper documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and support less experienced developers.
- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and overall quality of deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance integrations between internal systems and third-party applications.
- Participate in risk management and business continuity initiatives.
- Provide advanced technical support as required.
- Perform any other related tasks associated with the role.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development and systems analysis.
- Proven experience participating in or delivering large-scale technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and technologies such as .NET, VB, ASP (C# is an asset).
- Experience with relational databases and data processing (SQL, ETL).
- Understanding of application architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
- Fluency in both French and an advanced English is required to collaborate with teams outside Quebec (approximately 50% in English).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI (an asset).
- Experience in operations, logistics, or distribution environments (an asset).
Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Status: Permanent
