About the role

Who we are:

Financeit is a point-of-sale financing provider serving some of the largest home improvement and retail organizations in Canada.

Our platform helps businesses close more sales by offering customers affordable monthly payment options for their next big home improvement, vehicle or retail purchase.

We are small enough that you can make an impact within the company and large enough to make an impact in the market.

Financeit is a company where collaboration, inclusivity, fairness, and respect aren’t just ideas that get talked about, but are part of who we are. If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us.

About the role:

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead who is a strategic architect, a "hands-on" builder, and a forward-thinking technologist. Reporting to the Director of Data Solutions, you will own the technical execution and strategic roadmap for our Sales and Marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Pardot, and the emerging AI Agent layer).

This is a high-impact, technical role requiring both deep CRM expertise and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to drive growth.  While you'll be hands-on in Salesforce/Pardot, you will also be our resident expert on AI Agents—knowing what is possible with tools like Salesforce Agentforce and the broader market to automate and optimize our revenue engine.

What you'll be doing:

1. Hands-on Platform Execution & Administration

  • Direct Configuration: Build and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and permission sets.
  • Pardot Architecture: Hands-on management of Pardot (Account Engagement), including Engagement Studio programs, scoring/grading models, and advanced email templates.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier-2 escalation for our SFDC Admin. Solve complex sync errors and data discrepancies directly.

2. AI Agent Strategy & Implementation

  • Agentic Workflows: Identify and implement AI agent use cases to automate repetitive Sales and Marketing tasks (e.g., lead qualification, account research).
  • Agentforce Leadership: Lead the rollout and configuration of Salesforce Agentforce (autonomous agents) within our ecosystem. Define agent roles, instructions, and guardrails.
  • Market Exploration: Stay at the forefront of the "Agentic Stack" (e.g., Clay, 11x.ai, Artisan). Evaluate and pilot tools that can augment our Sales and Marketing teams without requiring custom code development.
  • Visionary Optimization: Transition our processes from rigid "if/then" automations to dynamic, agent-led workflows.

3. Platform Strategy & Roadmap

  • Architect the Ecosystem: Design the technical roadmap for our Sales and Marketing tech stack. Ensure tools are perfectly synced and configured for global scale.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure unified goals and data.

4. Data Integrity & Analytics

  • Data Builder: Physically implement data hygiene standards and automated cleansing.
  • Reporting Maven: Build high-level dashboards in Salesforce and B2B Marketing Analytics (Tableau CRM) tracking CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Attribution Implementation: Configure multi-touch attribution models to accurately reflect marketing's impact on revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations with a track record of "builder" roles.

  • Deep Technical Expertise:

  • Salesforce Expert: Advanced knowledge of Flow Builder, Reports/Dashboards, and Data Management.

  • Pardot Expert: Deep hands-on experience with Engagement Studio and Salesforce-Pardot connector management.

  • AI/Innovation Mindset: Strong understanding of what is possible with Generative AI and AI Agents (Agentforce, Clay, etc.).

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical builds.
