About the role
L’Analyste Fonctionnel Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O sera responsable d’identifier, analyser et traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions technologiques dans D365 F&O.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions fonctionnelles D365 F&O Finance • Configurer les modules financiers (GL, AP, AR, banques, immobilisations) et leurs intégrations • Réaliser les fit-gap, soutenir les tests et contribuer aux décisions de configuration • Collaborer avec les équipes affaires et TI pour ateliers, intégrations et support ERP
PROFIL
• 3+ années d’expérience en implantation de Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations • Expérience en environnement ERP et projets d’implantation à grande échelle • Bonne connaissance des processus financiers (GL, AP, AR, immobilisations, taxation) • Capacité à analyser, documenter et influencer les décisions fonctionnelles • Expérience avec les tests, la configuration et le support fonctionnel ERP • Aisance en collaboration avec des équipes internationales et multidisciplinaires • DEC ou BAC en informatique, finance ou l’équivalent • Bilinguisme (Anglais requis, Français un atout)
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technological solutions within D365 F&O.

• Translate business requirements into functional D365 F&O Finance solutions • Configure financial modules (GL, AP, AR, banking, fixed assets) and their integrations • Perform fit-gap analysis, support testing, and contribute to configuration decisions • Collaborate with business and IT teams for workshops, integrations, and ERP support
PROFILE
• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations • Experience in ERP environments and large-scale implementation projects • Strong knowledge of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, taxation) • Ability to analyze, document, and influence functional decisions • Experience with testing, configuration, and ERP functional support • Comfortable collaborating with international and multidisciplinary teams • College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, or equivalent • Bilingualism (English required, French an asset)
