Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with privacy regulations and security best practices. Skilled in conducting design walkthroughs with project teams. Experienced in reviewing, analyzing, and updating product installation scripts, including encoding, testing, and debugging. Capable of delivering post-implementation support and resolving technical issues that arise afterwards. Able to create user and system documentation as needed. Comprehensive expertise with JIRA or comparable bug tracking platforms. Strong understanding of project delivery methods within a matrixed organizational structure.

The ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Deliverables Include, but are not limited to: Enhance Helix workflows to support multi-service onboarding. Build backend processes and Helix workflows aligned with PB4P deliverables to enable new digital product onboarding. Develop backend automations to support online agreement workflows and provisioning. Provide documentation, test results, and deployment guidance.
