Overview
The iGaming Treasury Finance Clerk is responsible for compiling, processing, maintaining and administration of all company Treasury Finance information within the iGaming treasury, cashier, and payments services providers system. The incumbent will answer inquiries and provide information on all treasury banking matters, including policies, practices, data and controls, to internal and external stakeholders, and is thus required to have extensive knowledge of, or experience in, treasury within the iGaming industry. The incumbent will also be required to prepare regular reports for managers and stakeholders. In addition, the incumbent will review and process daily treasury banking and invoice transactions.
Duties
Compiling, processing, storing and reporting on all treasury banking payments and transaction records Answering inquiries and providing information on treasury banking matters, including policies, practices, and data controls, to internal and external stakeholders Creating process guides documenting specific treasury processes in the iGaming space Sorting, verifying, and processing treasury transactions Addressing enquiries and replying to correspondence with banks Preparing reports for managers and stakeholders regarding financial activities Reviewing and processing daily treasury banking, treasury banking transactions and invoices Ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial procedures Performing administrative tasks related to treasury banking
Requirements
Completion of a college diploma 3+ years of experience in a finance administrative support role 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in a finance or administrative capacity, or extensive knowledge of and experience in the iGaming industry Demonstrated ability to solve multiple problems and deliver results to different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Superb organizational and time management skills Immaculate attention to detail Proven problem-solving skills Eager to learn, achieve, grow and succeed
