A core pillar of our service delivery is the automated backend infrastructure we build for our clients, and we are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to take full ownership of these systems. You will be responsible for customizing and deploying advanced automations for new clients, as well as continuously refining and optimizing our master systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.

What You Will Do: Onboard & Customize: Deploy and tailor our proven GoHighLevel snapshots and automation sequences for new clients, ensuring their backend processes are fully optimized from day one. System Architecture & Optimization: Continuously refine and upgrade our internal and client-facing GHL systems to improve lead nurturing, follow-up speeds, and overall conversion rates. Advanced Automation: Build and manage complex workflows, linking multiple automations together seamlessly, utilizing dynamic links, custom values, and advanced triggers. Funnel Building: Design and build high-converting funnels within GHL, from landing pages through to post-conversion follow-up sequences. A2P Certification: Manage and oversee A2P 10DLC registration and compliance for client accounts to ensure reliable SMS deliverability. Meta Conversion API Integration: Configure and maintain Meta Conversion API (CAPI) connections within GHL to ensure accurate event tracking and ad performance data. Troubleshooting & QA: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve any technical issues within the GHL environment.

Who We Are Looking For: Deep GoHighLevel Expertise: You have extensive, hands-on experience building complex pipelines, triggers, campaigns, workflows, and funnels within GHL. Technical Problem Solver: You understand how to link multiple automations together flawlessly and are comfortable working with dynamic links, webhooks, and API integrations. A2P & Compliance Knowledge: You are familiar with A2P 10DLC registration requirements and best practices for maintaining SMS compliance across multiple client accounts. Meta Ecosystem Familiarity: You have hands-on experience configuring Meta Conversion API integrations and understand how server-side event data flows between GHL and Meta Ads Manager. Detail-Oriented Architect: You possess a structural mindset and can map out the entire user journey to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Strategic Thinker: You don't just build what you are told; you actively suggest improvements and better ways to leverage the platform to drive results.
