Job: Senior Customer Service Specialist – Order2Cash O2C – (Manufacturing SAP- MUST have) Location: Mississauga – Brampton, ON 5 days on site during 3 - 4-month training, hybrid after Salary: 70-90K; benefits. Full time permanent

Our client is a well-established manufacturer in the Food / Beverage / Cosmetics/ OTC / Consumer Packaged Goods CPG company and have a job open for Senior Customer Service Specialist based out of their manufacturing site in Mississauga – Brampton area. This role is responsible for full cycle order management -order entry, providing lead times to customers, working closely with production materials warehousing and logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time. You will ensure Master Data is correct in SAP and ensure order management data, pricing , invoicing, shipping data is correct in SAP This is 5 days on-site initially during training with the possibility of hybrid after.

Responsibilities:

Ensure order information is correctly entered in SAP ; e mails and EDI and ensure all information is up to date for the Master Data, pricing, invoicing , shipping, delivery and similar Keep all customers up to date on order status, and potential issues; resolves issues effectively and efficiently Coordinates with Production, Warehousing, Transportation, Operations to ensure customer satisfaction Reconciles system discrepancies in SAP to ensure proper order entries, part-shipments, inventory, customer billing; Works with internal logistics teams and freight partners to ensure availability and optimisation of transportation and shipments Coordinates throughout the organization to identify opportunities to improve processes to ensure on- time deliveries and achieve highest customer satisfaction rates

Senior Customer Service Specialist will have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Order2cash in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ideally in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food Beverage Health & Beauty and similar. Strong leadership, proactive approach , attention to detail and experience with SAP is a MUST. Excellent communication skills in English, strong skills in MS Excel are a MUST. Degree highly preferred. Courses in Supply Chain highly preferred
