Job details

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer IV to help scale, optimize, and support simulated robotics cloud training infrastructure, policy deployment pipelines, and continuous integration systems. This person will play a key role in improving training performance, building cloud infrastructure, resolving system regressions, and enabling researchers to move faster. Responsibilities Build and optimize robotics control policy training infrastructure. Identify performance improvements across existing ML training pipelines. Develop CI tests to prevent regressions and ensure system reliability. Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and system failures. Design, build, document, integrate, and support software for robotic manipulation policy training and deployment. Collaborate with researchers and engineers across multiple disciplines to solve complex technical challenges. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Debug issues spanning multiple systems and drive solutions efficiently. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent industry experience. 3+ years of professional experience with Python and C++. Experience building ML training systems, infrastructure, and automated testing frameworks. Experience optimizing ML training performance and/or complex software systems. Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. Experience delivering complex software systems using source control, unit testing, and continuous integration tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience building data pipeline and ETL systems. Experience with robotic policy training and/or robotics simulation environments. Experience with Unreal Engine and/or computer graphics. Vacancy Status: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
