Role: Senior QA tester Type: 6 Month Contract Location: Hybrid 2x/week at any location out of any office (Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Guelph, Regina, Calgary, Montreal, Quebec City) Rate: $64-66/hr JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a Senior QA Tester for one of Canada's leading insurance companies. This individual will play a key role in a large-scale Azure Synapse to Databricks migration, leading testing efforts across multiple enterprise systems and ensuring data quality throughout the transition. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level QA experience, expertise in Databricks and Guidewire environments, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies while partnering closely with business stakeholders. This is a highly visible opportunity for a proactive testing professional to help establish QA best practices and drive successful project outcomes. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 8+ years of QA/testing experience Strong experience with Databricks Experience working with Guidewire Exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM Experience UAT and ETL testing Self-starter who can operate independently and establish QA strategy and processes Ability to partner with business stakeholders and various teams to define testing scope and priorities NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Client Information File (CIF) experience We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
