Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Centre Village, NB. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support clinical workflows, centralized services, and data-driven decision-making across practices. Day-to-day tasks include building responsive user interfaces, developing secure and scalable APIs, integrating front-end and back-end components, and optimizing existing systems for performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with clinicians, operational teams, and data specialists to translate healthcare requirements into robust technical solutions. The engineer will participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality, maintainable software. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development to design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications. Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development to implement secure APIs, manage data persistence, and ensure application scalability. Relevant experience with modern web frameworks, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (e.g., Git) is beneficial. A background in healthcare, health tech, or working with regulated data environments is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional clinical and technical teams.
