Founded in 2018 by Dr. Mark Fuller, a dedicated GP with an early career in surgery, and Mr. Methven Forbes, an experienced former practice manager with a background in healthcare commissioning, our organisation addresses the evolving challenges in primary care. Together, Dr. Fuller and Mr. Forbes have built a system focused on sustainable, high-quality patient care, improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency and staff wellbeing. Today, we operate 17 GP practices across the UK in Gateshead, Burnley, Leeds, North Devon, East Devon and Plymouth, providing care to over 120,000 patients supported by over 400 staff members. Centralised functions like HR, finance, and governance have enabled our practices to direct more resources toward patient care. As a result, we have developed specialised mental health, pharmacy and data quality teams and also invested in expansion of our AI approach to primary care. The result has been improved staff retention and an average patient growth rate of 8-11% annually.
