Principales responsabilités

• Gestion de l'infrastructure existante (Kubernetes / Docker / Azure Cloud)
• Conception et automatisation de l'infrastructure (Infrastructure As Code)
• Conception et mise en place de pipelines de déploiements et tests applicatifs avec des outils du CI (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
• Mise en place d'un système de surveillance et d'alerte permettant des actions proactives de l'équipe (Grafana)
• Participation à la mise en place de processus communs Cloud & on-premise
• Définir et promouvoir des bonnes pratiques CI / DevOps
• Administration de systèmes Linux/Windows
• Documentation de l'infrastructure et des processus en place
• Support des équipes Recherche & Développement internes dans la mise en place et l'utilisation des solutions CI / DevOps.
• Collaboration en mode Agile (JIRA/Confluence)

Exigences :

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en informatique ou expérience pertinente
• Expérience : 4 ans + en tant que SRE, Administrateur système, DevOps

• Compétences requises :
  • Expérience forte dans les technologies de conteneurs & orchestration : Docker & Kubernetes
  • Expérience forte dans les technologies de provisionnement : Ansible et/ou Terraform
  • Compétences en administration de systèmes Linux & Windows
  • Expérience avec des systèmes d'intégration continue : Jenkins, GitLab CI
  • Expérience avec un ou plusieurs langages de scripts : Python, Bash, PowerShell, CMD, etc
  • Expérience avec des technologies et l'infrastructure Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire - des cours seront offerts si nécessaire pour faciliter l'intégration. Anglais niveau avancé (oral et écrit) pour la communication avec les clients anglophones.
• Compétences recherchées : Être autonome, créatif, un joueur d'équipe et un bon communicant ! Avoir du fun à apporter du support et trouver des solutions!
• Pouvoir se déplacer et intervenir dans les locaux OPAL-RT à Montréal

Main Duties:

• Management of existing infrastructure (Kubernetes / Docker / Azure Cloud)
• Infrastructure design and automation (Infrastructure As Code)
• Design and implementation of application deployment and testing pipelines with CI tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
• Implementation of a monitoring and alert system allowing proactive actions by the team (Grafana)
• Participation in the implementation of common Cloud & on-premise processes
• Define and promote CI / DevOps best practices
• Administration of Linux / Windows systems
• Documentation of the infrastructure and processes in place
• Support of internal Research & Development teams in the implementation and use of CI / DevOps solutions
• Collaboration in Agile mode (JIRA/Confluence)

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience
• Experience: 4+ years as SRE, System Administrator, DevOps
• Required Skills : strong experience in container & orchestration technologies: Docker & Kubernetes; strong experience in provisioning technologies: Ansible and/or Terraform
  Linux & Windows system administration skills; experience with continuous integration systems: Jenkins, GitLab CI; experience with one or more scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell, CMD, etc.; experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Language abilities: French mandatory - courses will be offered if necessary to facilitate integration. Excellent English skills (oral and written) for communication with English-speaking customers.
• Soft skills: Be autonomous, creative, a team player and a good communicator! Have fun providing support and finding solutions!
• Being able to come and intervene at the OPAL-RT office in Montreal

Significant assets:

• Experience with Rancher environment (Rancher, RKE)
• Administration of virtual machines (VMware vSphere)
• Basic networking knowledge
