Dans ce rôle, vous ferez partie de l'organisation de l'Intégration Programme de l'A220 et votre mission sera d'être en charge d'un portefeuille de fournisseurs, avec pour mission principale de sécuriser la performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement intégrée, d'anticiper les risques / opportunités sur l'ensemble du périmètre d'approvisionnement pour atteindre les objectifs du programme, et aider à la prise des décisions stratégiques.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

• Représenter l'équipe Programme lors de rencontres avec l'équipe Approvisionnement afin de contribuer à la stratégie d'approvisionnement et à la sélection des fournisseurs, conformément aux besoins et objectifs du programme en lien avec le budget ;

• Piloter le budget du portefeuille Industriel afin de sécuriser les projets liés à la continuité des opérations et/ou la maturité de la montée en cadence ;

• Orienter les réclamations pour minimiser les impacts sur le programme ;

• Structurer votre tableau de bord afin d'avoir une vision synthétique de la performance des fournisseurs et des plans d'actions correspondants. Alerter et préparer les escalations nécessaires avec toutes les fonctions impliquées ;

• Identifier, valider et suivre les transferts industriels en termes de budget et planification. Anticiper, consolider les risques et sécuriser les plans d'actions avec les parties prenantes pour éviter les impacts sur les objectifs du programme ;

• Piloter la consolidation des risques, opportunités et contraintes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement intégrée à rencontrer les objectifs du programme, avec une attention particulière à la préparation des montées en cadence ;
  

En tant que candidat idéal :

• Vous détenez un Baccalauréat en chaîne d'approvisionnement, gestion industrielle, logistique, génie industriel ou autre domaine pertinent ;

• Vous avez de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente ou expérience dans le domaine aéronautique ;

• Vous avez acquis des compétences en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel ;

• Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement Airbus et de ses fournisseurs ;

• Vous parler Français et anglais (parlé et écrit)

In this role, you will be part of the A220 Program Integration organization and your mission will be to be in charge of a portfolio of suppliers, with the main mission of securing the performance of the integrated supply-chain, anticipating risks/opportunities across the supply-chain scope to achieve program objectives, and assist in strategic decision-making.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Be the Program focal point in meetings with Procurement in order to contribute to the procurement strategy and the selection of suppliers, in accordance with the needs and objectives of the program in accordance with the budget;

• Manage the budget of the industrial portfolio in order to secure projects related to the business continuity and/or the maturity of the ramp-up;

• Steer claims to minimize impacts on the program;

• Identify, validate and follow-up industrial transfers in terms of budget and schedule. Anticipate, consolidate risks and secure cross-functional action plans to avoid impacts on program objectives;

• Participate in crisis management following supplier failures and be able to take the lead if necessary;

• Manage the consolidation of the risks, opportunities and constraints of the integrated supply-chain to meet the objectives of the program, with particular attention to the preparation of the ramp-up.

As the ideal candidate:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial management, logistic, industrial engineering or other relevant field;

• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience OR aeronautical field;

• You have a good knowledge of the Airbus supply chain and its suppliers;

• You know how to work in a team and have good skills for negotiating and achieving a common aligned vision;

• You have a strong level of professional commitment and have the ability to adapt to always focus on priorities. You know how to synthesize and present clearly including in front of Executive Managers.

• You have an advanced level of bilingualism (French and English).
