Femtum is a Canadian manufacturer of mid-infrared fiber lasers for material processing and fundamental photonics. Thanks to its unique and proprietary technologies, the mid-IR spectral region (2.8-3.5 microns) has never been so accessible. We offer mid-IR pulsed fiber lasers, fiber amplifier (fs to CW), and tunable sources. Develop backend services and APIs to collect, ingest, store, and expose data from multiple sources, while optimizing PostgreSQL databases and building scalable infrastructure on AWS and/or on-premises. Maintain infrastructure as code and CI/CD, prepare data pipelines for AI/ML and business intelligence, and collaborate with R&D teams.
