We’re seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, working closely with our senior team members, you will design, implement, and test features for a generative AI platform for our products. These features will allow users to interact with an AI to identify management concerns and suggest possible actions to address the concerns. You will be collaborating with multiple teams including Product and Data Science. Multiple teams will provide a variety of management data including OKR's, product portfolios, and engineering work tickets. The ideal candidate enjoys developing new features with AI for AI-based products and collaborating with other teams. What You'll Do Bring AI to life in a variety of products by supporting those teams with an exciting new agentic platform. Collaborate with the Product team to enable AI-based customer use cases. Work with other development teams as stakeholders. Develop and deploy scalable services using a modern tech stack What You'll Bring 4+ years of professional software development experience and a proven ability to deliver 3+ years of experience with Java, and its idioms and design patterns 1+ years of working experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP 1+ years of working with React 1+ years of working with Spring 1+ years of working with relational databases 1+ years of working with LLMs such as Claude Sonnet Experience working in a DevOps environment where you build it, you support it. A strong understanding and belief in modern coding and design principles. Knowledge of best practices in software design and agile development processes Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. What gives you an edge: Practical experience with real-world applications of AI applied to software development Experience with data strategy

Requirements
