Key expectations: Strong hands-on development experience Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms Experience building end-to-end applications Backend development using Java/Spring Boot or Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) Frontend development using React REST API and Microservices experience Strong SQL/database skills Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred) Good understanding of System Design and Application Architecture Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes Please focus they are looking for who can clearly explain their project contributions, architecture decisions, and have strong hands-on development experience rather than candidates with only support or maintenance backgrounds.
