Network Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to provide advanced administration, operational support, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure in a large-scale, complex IT environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining highly available and secure network services across LAN, WAN, cloud, and data centre environments while ensuring optimal performance and reliability. In this role, you will support enterprise networking operations, including routing, switching, WAN connectivity, cloud networking, security platforms, wireless infrastructure, and application delivery services. You will work closely with managed service providers and internal stakeholders to monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, implement changes, support infrastructure refresh initiatives, and maintain compliance with organizational standards and security requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting Azure networking and ExpressRoute connectivity, administering Cisco and Check Point firewalls, managing Aruba/HPE wireless environments, supporting Citrix Netscaler load balancing solutions, and ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud platforms. The role also involves network monitoring, incident and problem management, vendor coordination, documentation, and participation in governance and change management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies, cloud connectivity, network security, wireless networking, and infrastructure operations. Experience working in large multi-site environments, supporting hybrid networks, and collaborating with managed service providers is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as CCNP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Aruba, Cisco Security, or Check Point certifications will be considered an asset. Requirements Experience 5+ years in enterprise network administration Experience Proven experience in large, multi-site or hybrid environments Experience working within MSP-integrated delivery models Technical Skills Core Networking TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), switching (VLANs, STP) Technical Skills Cloud Connectivity Hands-on experience with: Azure networking, ExpressRoute (configuration, troubleshooting), Hybrid network design Technical Skills Firewalls & Security Experience with: Cisco firewalls, Checkpoint firewalls, Proxy solutions (Bluecoat or equivalent) Technical SkillsApplication Delivery Hands-on experience with: Citrix Netscaler / ADC (load balancing, SSL, traffic management) Technical SkillsWireless Networking Enterprise Wi-Fi experience: Aruba / HPE wireless solution Technical Skills Infrastructure & Tools Network monitoring and analysis tools, Packet capture and troubleshooting tools, Configuration and change management tools Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory) CCNP or higher ,Azure Network Engineer Associate , Aruba / HPE wireless certifications, Check Point / Cisco security certifications
