Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve platform capabilities. Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC IRM, including implementation and customization. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
