Candidates must possess over 4 years of backend development experience, including at least 1 year using Rust in production, with solid knowledge of the Rust common stack like Tokio and Axum. A deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and enthusiasm for integrating AI coding tools are also required.
