Required Technical Skills & Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience focusing on enterprise Java backend applications. Deep proficiency in Core Java (Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, JVM internals). Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security / OAuth2 / JWT. Proven track record designing microservices patterns (API Gateway, Circuit Breakers, Service Discovery, Bulkheads). Experience with message brokers and event streaming (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ). Strong SQL tuning and database design skills in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB)
