Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Canada. Our client develops advanced software solutions that help organizations collect, analyze, and manage complex digital data. Its technology supports teams working with large volumes of information, enabling them to uncover insights, streamline workflows, and make informed decisions. The platform combines data processing, analytics, automation, and secure collaboration capabilities to address complex investigative and security-related challenges. Requirements Relevant professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer (no dedicated back-end-only or front-end-only profiles — full-stack is a hard requirement) Strong full-stack development skills, with hands-on experience on both front-end and back-end systems Proficiency with React and modern front-end development practices (component design, state management, responsive UI) Solid experience with C# and server-side application development (APIs, services, data access) Experience with AWS cloud services Working experience with Azure DevOps Working experience with Kubernetes Working experience with Linux environments Hands-on, active use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) as part of the regular development workflow — this is a must-have; candidates without current AI-tool adoption should be flagged as a gap, not a nice-to-have miss Experience writing and maintaining automated tests at multiple levels of abstraction Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-changing environment Will be a plus Python or other programming languages Shell scripting Distributed data stores (e.g., Elasticsearch, Redis, PostgreSQL JSONB) Observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) Cloud-native systems, distributed services, and SaaS platform development Container-based deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CDK) Broader AI workflow experience (e.g., natural language search, agentic workflows) Experience in security-conscious or highly regulated environments Responsibilities Analyze requirements, break down tasks, and provide effort estimates Design robust, performant, and secure end-to-end solutions Develop efficient, modular, and maintainable software across the front-end and back-end Participate actively in code reviews to uphold code quality and share knowledge Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects across the stack Take initiative, contribute to strong team dynamics, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Champion best practices for building, delivering, and maintaining multiple source code projects Understand product intent and translate it into sound product design and architecture decisions WE OFFER US and EU projects based on advanced technologies. Requirements

Requires professional full-stack experience with hands-on React and C# development, AWS, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Linux, automated testing, and regular use of AI coding tools. Candidates should communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams and adapt to ambiguity; experience with Python, distributed data stores, observability, cloud-native systems, and regulated environments is an advantage.
