Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level server, cloud, and network infrastructure across multiple client environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. Plan, test, and implement system upgrades, Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, Hybrid Azure AD integrations, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Microsoft Intune policies to support secure and efficient IT operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, acting as the escalation point for critical incidents while providing expert-level support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and enterprise applications. Design, implement, and maintain security controls, identity and access management solutions, backup systems, disaster recovery strategies, and business continuity plans in accordance with industry best practices. Lead and support infrastructure and systems-related IT projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, documentation, testing, stakeholder communication, and project execution. Collaborate with internal technical teams and clients to deliver exceptional service, provide technical guidance, document system changes, and remain current on emerging technologies, security trends, and Microsoft cloud solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on systems administration experience. 5+ years of experience administering enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure within an MSP or multi-client environment, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise networking. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Hybrid Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, identity and access management, and enterprise security best practices. Proficiency supporting server operating systems, networking, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery solutions, with scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate system administration tasks. Industry certifications such as Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent cloud and infrastructure certifications are considered highly desirable. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead technical projects, respond to critical escalations, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.0 Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 annually On-site five days per week in Vancouver, BC Please note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
