Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications. Build responsive and interactive user interfaces. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Implement server-side functionality and APIs when required. Integrate websites with databases and third-party services. Test and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance. Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers. Identify and fix bugs, errors, and security vulnerabilities. Maintain existing websites and implement new features. Use version control systems such as Git and GitHub. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation. Technical Skills Required Front-End Development HTML5 and CSS3 JavaScript (ES6+) Responsive web design Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS React, Angular, or Vue.js DOM manipulation and browser developer tools Back-End Development Node.js and Express.js, PHP, Python, Java, or another backend technology REST API development and integration Authentication and authorization basics Server-side validation and error handling Database Management MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB CRUD operations Database design and basic query writing Development Tools Git and GitHub Visual Studio Code npm or similar package managers Browser developer tools Basic deployment and hosting knowledge Required Qualifications Knowledge of web development fundamentals. Understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP/HTTPS. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to learn new technologies and work independently. Preferred Skills Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of website security and performance optimization. Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms and CI/CD. Understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of testing tools and automated testing.
