About the Role We are looking for a talented Junior Software Developer who is passionate about building great software and solving real business problems. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 0-2 years of software development experience who wants to work on meaningful projects, modern technologies, AI-assisted development, process automation, and scalable business applications. At RAS, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with operations, sales, production, and leadership teams to design and build solutions that have a measurable impact on the business. We care less about the number of years on your resume and more about your ability to learn quickly, write high-quality code, and continuously improve your craft.
