The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. * Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions. * Create visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively. * Perform data cleansing, transformation, and quality assurance activities. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs. * Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. * Develop and document data definitions, processes, and reporting standards. * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies.. * Collect POS reports from distributors and provide a sales summary * Respond to German headquarters’ inquiries by identifying the information sources to be used * Automate, streamline and further develop report templates, reporting processes and infrastructure * Update pricing in SAP, maintain discounts and generate customer price lists. * Maintain and updates sales territories and representative assignments as required. What you bring * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data. * Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * High standards of ethics and confidentiality * Experience using SAP and SAC is an asset.
