Summary Reporting to the Director, IT Service Delivery, the IT Technician is a hands-on, autonomous professional who contributes to the smooth operation of the Technical Support Service by delivering an outstanding experience to internal end-users and by ensuring sound management of our technology assets. The incumbent serves as a key point of contact for helpdesk and computer support, resolving incidents independently and communicating clearly with users at all levels.
