The Opportunity The IT Application Support Administrator is responsible for the support, maintenance and testing of end-user applications as well as management of user access through the Request of Access (RFA) process. This role will work closely with business team members to troubleshoot incidents, re-create scenarios and test solutions and on-going software upgrades.
