Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for commercial flow cytometers, managing their maintenance, calibration, and optimization for nELISA readouts. Support customer deployments by assessing instrument readiness, providing on-site training, and troubleshooting kit execution on client hardware.

The Data Analyst will use software tools to transform raw readout data into quantified proteins and operate data pipelines for nELISA data. They are responsible for troubleshooting pipeline issues, performing root cause analysis on QC failures, and contributing to process improvements.
