Your job Design and deploy segmentation, propensity, attrition and personalisation analytics models to support portfolio acquisition, retention and development for the Insurance, Marketing and Distribution sectors. Recommend solutions to optimise interactions with clients and the efficiency of sales teams. Work with business partners to identify opportunities, understand issues and transform data into concrete solutions. Industrialize, monitor and optimise models in production to ensure their performance, reliability and evolution. Promote best practises in data science, governance and risk management. Within the Data Valoration and Analytics sector of the Insurance sector, you are part of a multidisciplinary team of specialists in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering and data architecture. You will report to the Senior Manager – Data Valuation and Analytics. Prerequisites Relevant training in a field related to data science, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or computer science and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in data science. Significant experience in developing, deploying and optimising analytical models in a production environment. Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques as well as Python and SQL. Expertise in client segmentation, propensity modelling, attrition detection, recommendation or personalisation of the client experience. Experience with modern data platforms such as GIT, AWS, snowflake or equivalent technologies. Knowledge of governance, ethics and explainability practises for analytical models. Interested in agentic AI topics and a desire to develop on their topics.
