About the Job Position: Founding Full Stack Engineer Location: Remote Across Canada Employment Type: Co-Founder Compensation: Early-Stage Equity (TBD) What we are Building: Mumbi Infrastructure Systems Ltd. is an emerging leader in infrastructure, operating at the intersection of the built environment and socio-economic development. We focus on optimizing the lived experience of urban residents through more informed, data-driven approaches to urban development. And we are building a platform that does just that: Neighborhood Analytics is an enterprise web application designed to systematically close information gaps for people as they navigate settlement in urban areas and explore real estate opportunities. Think of it as a matchmaking platform for real estate, connecting people to their ideal communities. We are seeking a developer to lead the technical development of this platform from the ground up, translating the vision into a functional, scalable digital product. The Role: The Founding Full Stack Engineer will: Own the system architecture Lead hands-on software development across phased objectives Drive product engineering from Metro Vancouver MVP launch through global scaling. You will be responsible for: Translating complex urban metrics and spatial data into an intuitive, map-centric dashboard Building a robust backend to handle user-generated content, automated validation algorithms, and tiered monetization endpoints Designing and setting up a responsive, polished consumer-facing web experience Helping define the product roadmap and prioritizing roll-out features for launch Recruiting and managing additional technical resources as the company grows Supporting the company’s overall strategic direction The Ideal Candidate: A senior full-stack engineer, founding engineer, technical product lead, or former technical founder Strong backend development and database architecture experience Comfortable building polished frontend product experiences Experience integrating multiple external APIs and building reliable systems around third-party infrastructure Strong product judgment and an understanding of how technical decisions affect conversion, retention, customer trust, and unit economics Comfortable moving quickly in an environment where requirements will evolve Able to translate a business objective into a practical technical solution without waiting for a fully defined specification Communicates technical designs effectively through proof of concept and documentation Consistently delivers high-quality work on schedule and follows through on commitments We’re looking for someone who wants to understand the entire business, take ownership of the product, and help build the company from the ground up.
