By delivering actionable insights and real-time alerts, the platform helps global organizations streamline due diligence, reduce manual research, and minimize false positives. About the Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling an AI-driven risk intelligence platform. You will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, combining robust backend systems and data processing with intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. Working across the product, you will tackle complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, and the integration of AI-powered capabilities into production. This role offers significant technical ownership, direct impact on product development, and the opportunity to help shape the platform's evolution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Architect and scale backend services to process high volumes of real-time media data. Build intuitive, data-rich frontend interfaces for risk assessment and monitoring dashboards. Integrate machine learning models and NLP pipelines into the core product ecosystem. Optimize system performance and database architecture to ensure low-latency data retrieval. Lead technical design sessions and contribute to the long-term product vision. Maintain high security and compliance standards for sensitive risk management data. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development within a production environment. Professional proficiency in backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks. Experience building and maintaining scalable SaaS applications and RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of database design, including SQL and NoSQL systems. Proven ability to deliver high-quality code in an agile, collaborative setting. Strong Python skills and experience running web scraping systems in production, using tools such as Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Playwright, or Selenium. Hands-on AWS experience, including compute, storage, databases, networking, access management, and monitoring. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Haves Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or AI-focused startups. Knowledge of NLP, web crawling, or big data processing. Experience with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary between $120,000 and $150,000 CAD (or local market equivalent). Flexible hybrid in Montreal or remote work options. Working hours compatible with Eastern Time (ET).

Requirements
