🚨 Hiring: Business Systems Analyst 📍 Location: Toronto, ON | ⏳ Duration: 12 Months Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale data migration initiative, working closely with Business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate requirements discovery and stakeholder sessions Lead requirements prioritization, data analysis & detailed data mapping Conduct comprehensive GAP Analysis and validate requirements Support Agile delivery, development, testing, UAT/BAT and root-cause analysis Develop technical requirements and support data migration activities Perform data analysis and minor data backfill activities Must Have: ✅ 10+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience ✅ Strong SQL & Excel skills for data analysis and querying ✅ Hands-on data mapping between systems for large-scale migrations ✅ Strong GAP Analysis and requirements documentation experience ✅ Experience working in Agile environments ✅ Ability to translate complex requirements for Business & IT stakeholders ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills ✅ Undergraduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a quantitative discipline Nice to Have: Corporate lending process knowledge Financial services experience Passion for innovation and technology "We use AI in our Hiring Process" Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL and Excel skills for data migration projects. An undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Accounting, or Finance is required.
