Provide L2/L3 technical support for end-user computing, servers, and core IT infrastructure to ensure operational stability. Manage Microsoft 365 services, endpoint protection, and server administration while guiding L1/L2 support teams.

The IT Manager will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide IT services, including infrastructure, ERP platforms, and cloud systems. They will lead cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.
