Contract Duration: Mid-August 2026 to March 31, 2027 Schedule: 35 hours/week Languages: French and English required (English-only profiles will not be considered) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer to join a cross-functional Agile team responsible for delivering and maintaining a portfolio of mobile applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with strong expertise in .NET MAUI and C# who enjoys building high-quality cross-platform applications for iOS and Android while contributing to technical discussions, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI and C# for iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers, and Developers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business priorities. Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services while ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain automated tests, unit tests, and CI/CD pipelines to support high-quality software delivery practices. Troubleshoot production issues, provide application support, and contribute to ongoing optimization, refactoring, and modernization efforts. Qualifications +4 years of professional software development experience, including significant hands-on experience with .NET MAUI (mandatory) and C# within the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps. Solid knowledge of REST API development and integration, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and modern software engineering practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments, including Git, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote collaborative environment. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is considered an asset, as are skills in SQL Server, MongoDB, ASP.NET, WPF/WCF, React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and technical leadership or mentoring activities.
