The role sits at the junction of business and platform: starting from underwriting and policy management needs and translating them into functional solutions that can be delivered in PolicyCenter. Impact analysis appears twice in the mandate, making it a core activity rather than a secondary one. Functional testing and defect support complete the role without turning it into a QA position.
