5-8+ years of experience, ability to work independently with both business and technical stakeholders Skillset required: The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SQL, Azure Synapse, MicroStrategy Additional skills considered an asset Databricks, Power BI Beyond technical expertise, the consultant should demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation Ability to assess data quality, data flows, reporting needs, and recommend and define new reporting/dashboard requirements Strong communication skills and confidence leading discussions, asking probing questions, and translating business needs into actionable insights

Requirements

The candidate must have 5-8+ years of experience and strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Synapse, and MicroStrategy. Additional requirements include strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
