Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * At least 5 years of professional experience in software development. * Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. * Experience with AI tools such as Claude and version control systems such as Git. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience working in a distributed team environment. * Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio of software projects. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services. * Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality. * Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to improve performance and reliability. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
