Job summary

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / Lead who is highly experienced in cloud and containerization technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing technical direction to onshore/offshore teams while remaining hands-on with development and operations tasks. Exposure to AI-related tools or environments is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps pipelines and infrastructure Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps teams (onshore/offshore) Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes Maintain and optimize cloud environments and container orchestration platforms Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices Stay hands-on with deployment, automation, and troubleshooting activities Explore and integrate AI/ML tools or AI-driven DevOps practices where applicable Required Skills: Strong experience with Red Hat Linux Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes Solid experience in Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar) Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Good understanding of monitoring and logging tools Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a lead or senior DevOps role Exposure to AI/ML or AI-integrated DevOps practices Ability to balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
