Full Stack Engineer (POV Development & Modernization) Onsite - Toronto, ON Role Summary The Full Stack Engineer supports the POV phase by developing, integrating, and validating modernized application components within the environment. The role is responsible for implementing the selected modernization approach, refining generated code, and supporting deployment and demonstration activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine the agreed modernization POV solution. Perform forward engineering, integration, and code optimization activities within development environments. Enhance and validate code generated through ATLAS-assisted modernization. Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues during POV execution. Support solution deployment, testing, demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs. Assist with environment setup, configuration, and release validation activities. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of full-stack application development experience. Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, APIs, databases, and integration frameworks. Experience with application modernization, migration, and cloud transformation initiatives. Strong software engineering, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Experience working with cross-functional architecture, testing, and business teams. Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with stakeholders. Experience with Gen AI tools is preferred.

Requires 7+ years of full-stack application development experience and strong skills in modern web technologies, APIs, databases, integration frameworks, debugging, and performance optimization. Experience with modernization, migration, or cloud transformation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration is required; experience with generative AI tools is preferred.
