JustBacked is a job board for startups that just raised. Every open role at venture-backed companies that closed a round in the last six months, from pre-seed through Series C and beyond. Right now that is about 19,000 jobs at roughly 900 startups. Why recent rounds? A company that just raised has fresh runway, a hiring plan and a reason to move fast. Most startup job boards mix in companies that last raised years ago. JustBacked only shows teams with new money in the bank. How it works: - Jobs are read every morning straight from each company's own hiring system (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and about 20 more). No recruiters, no staffing agencies, no reposts from other boards. Closed roles drop off the next day. - Every role shows the round behind it: stage, amount, lead investors and when it closed. - Filter by role, city, remote, funding stage, investor or industry. For example: remote engineering jobs at Series A startups, or every opening at companies a16z backed this year. - Pay is shown when the company publishes it. - A weekly Funded & Hiring report lists the startups that raised that week and what they are hiring for.
