With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy. About the role.The Product Manager – Grower Relationship Management (GRM) plays a key role in designing, developing, and scaling digital products that enhance how McCain engages with growers and field teams globally. This role blends product management, business process design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions that improve the grower experience and drive operational efficiency across diverse regions. What you’ll be doing.Develop and support the GRM product vision, roadmap, and prioritizationGather insights from growers, regional teams, and user feedback to inform product decisionsTranslate business needs into clear product requirements and user storiesUse user journey mapping to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with technology, UX, and architecture teams within Agile delivery environmentsSupport testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilities across global regionsMonitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesAlign product outcomes with defined OKRs and success metricsLeverage AI tools to enhance prototyping and requirements developmentEnsure solutions deliver meaningful value to growers, field teams, and the broader business What you’ll need to be successful.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital rolesExperience working in global or multi-region environmentsStrong business process mapping and product translation skillsExperience across the full product lifecycle, from concept through sustainmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and product development practicesStrong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-makingExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an assetAgriculture or AgTech experience is considered an asset About the team.You will be part of the Global Agriculture Digital Transformation team, partnering closely with regional agriculture leaders, field teams, and technology partners. CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility  The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
