This posting is for an incorporated contract engagement and is not an employment position. Candidate MUST Have The Following A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability; Bilingual (French/English) A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience within the last fifteen (15) years working with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and clients/stakeholders to maintain and improve software performance; A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience within the last fifteen (15) years installing, monitoring, upgrading, and maintaining operating systems; and A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience within the last fifteen (15) years in applying problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
