Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Front-End Software Developer to design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable user interfaces for large-scale enterprise applications. The role involves working across the full SDLC, translating business and technical requirements into robust, user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces Translate technical specifications into functional, tested applications Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization Support implementation, migration, and post-production issues Participate in design walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and UI enhancements Must-Have Technical Skills Frontend Technologies React (5+ years) JavaScript (10+ years) TypeScript (5+ years) HTML5, CSS3 (5+ years) RxJS (5+ years) Responsive Web Development Backend / Core Technologies Java (10+ years) Spring Framework (MVC, Boot, Security, JPA) Hibernate / JPA Tools & Platforms Node.js / NPM Maven Bitbucket IDEs: Eclipse, IBM RAD, IBM RSA WebSphere (v8.5+) Requirements Database Skills Oracle DB (10+ years, version 11g+) Strong SQL expertise Experience with: Tables, Views, Sequences Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers Accessibility Requirements Strong experience with AODA compliance Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA standards (mandatory) Additional / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with OPS / Public Sector projects Knowledge of RAD methodologies Experience with middleware and gateways Familiarity with social media APIs Experience with product lifecycle and roadmap planning Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proven collaboration and teamwork skills Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments General Experience Experience with large-scale enterprise applications Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies Experience in design, coding, testing, and deployment Ability to gather and document requirements from stakeholders

Strong AODA compliance experience and knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA are mandatory, along with analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
