We are hiring for a Guidewire Developer. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Guidewire PolicyCenter functionality, including configuration, coding, workflows, data models, rulesets, and product offerings. A strong fit will have 7 10 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience, with strong insurance domain knowledge and hands-on experience with Guidewire configuration and development tools. What You Bring 7 10 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience. 4 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience. 3+ years of Application Consultant experience. Strong understanding of the insurance business and ability to translate business requirements into system changes. Experience configuring screen layouts, creating new screens, enhancing existing screens, and making XML changes. Experience configuring company structures, organizations, roles, permissions, groups, and producer codes. Strong understanding of the Guidewire Product Suite and development frameworks, including workflows, data model changes, and rulesets. Experience with Guidewire tools, accelerators, batches, and predefined plugins. Experience configuring new offerings, question sets, coverages, and limits within Product Designer. Ability to follow software development patterns and standard practices. Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and code release tools. Ability to work effectively with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter functionality. Configure and enhance PolicyCenter screens, workflows, rulesets, and data models. Configure company structures, organizations, roles, permissions, groups, and producer codes. Develop and configure Guidewire offerings, question sets, coverages, and limits using Product Designer. Utilize Guidewire tools, accelerators, batches, and predefined plugins. Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements. Apply established development patterns and standard practices to deliver quality software solutions. Use Git, Jenkins, Maven, and code release tools throughout the development lifecycle. Nice to have PSP Defined SCU experience in Insurance Application Consulting.
