🚨 Hiring: Senior Data Scientist – People Analytics & Insights We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a global HR Data Science team and turn complex workforce data into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large and complex datasets to support business and organizational decisions Develop statistical models, advanced analytics, and predictive solutions Build interactive dashboards and analytical applications for senior stakeholders Use Python and Oracle SQL for data extraction, transformation, modelling, and analysis Leverage LLMs / GenAI to enhance analytics and automate recurring processes Lead analytics projects end-to-end, from scoping and methodology through delivery Ensure data processes are documented, reproducible, and compliant Key Skills: ✅ 8–10 years of experience in Data Science / Quantitative Analytics ✅ Expert Python & Oracle SQL ✅ Statistical modelling & advanced analytics ✅ LLM / Generative AI experience ✅ Dashboard / data application development ✅ Strong business insights & stakeholder communication ✅ End-to-end analytics project ownership ✅ Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience Nice to Have: People Analytics / HR Analytics, Financial Services, or experience working in a regulated environment. 📍 Location: Toronto / GTA 📩 Interested?
