Diagnose and reproduce production issues across application, Kubernetes, SIP, network, database, and carrier systems; debug and fix defects or provide actionable root-cause findings to the responsible team. Own VNG deployments and customer cutovers, build automated testing and engineering tools, travel to customer sites when needed, and coordinate technical ownership of active production issues.
