Role Overview: A practical, business-minded technology leader who maximises value from the company’s systems, data, and technology partners, and uses technology and AI to create value internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Shape and deliver technology and business systems priorities Lead ERP, CRM, reporting, analytics and data quality initiatives Turn business needs into clear requirements and practical recommendations Oversee external IT, software, telecom and cybersecurity partners (service levels, priorities, costs) Support information security, access controls, business continuity and risk management Ensure secure, reliable tools for office, field and remote employees Manage technology budgets, licensing, renewals and roadmaps Must-Have Skills: Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) experience 7+ years in IT or business systems, including 3+ years accountable for an ERP in distribution, wholesale or supply chain Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, reporting and analytics, information security and access controls Experience managing outsourced IT providers and software vendors Strong business judgment and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have: Hands-on experience testing and applying AI tools Post-secondary education in business, information systems, engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience

Requirements

Requires 7+ years of IT or business systems experience, including 3+ years accountable for an ERP in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain, and experience with Epicor Prophet 21. Candidates should understand Microsoft 365, reporting and analytics, information security, and vendor management, with strong business judgment and communication; AI experience and relevant post-secondary education are preferred or equivalent.
