Position Summary Imprint Plus is seeking an experienced, hands-on Business Systems Administrator with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to become our primary internal technology resource. This role is ideal for someone who understands both ERP systems and IT infrastructure. You will serve as the internal owner of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, partnering with departments across the business to improve processes, solve problems, optimize workflows, and increase system adoption. In addition to Business Central, you'll administer our Microsoft 365 environment, provide end-user support, coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), and work with external ERP consultants to ensure our technology remains secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence across the organization. Please note: Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administration experience is required for this position. Candidates without Business Central experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Primary Responsibility) Serve as the internal administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Product teams to optimize business processes. Configure and maintain users, permissions, workflows, approvals, and system settings. Troubleshoot Business Central issues and coordinate with our external ERP partner on more complex technical issues. Support system upgrades, testing, new functionality, and ongoing improvements. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Assist with reporting, dashboards, data integrity, and process documentation. Provide user training and promote best practices throughout the organization. Business Systems Administration Support Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Assist with business system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain business application security and user access. Support reporting and business process improvements across departments. Microsoft 365 Administration Administer Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Teams, Exchange Online, Conditional Access, MFA, shared mailboxes, and licensing. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies. Support SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration tools. Ensure security best practices are maintained across the environment. End User Support Serve as the primary escalation point for day-to-day technology support. Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Install and maintain business software. Support warehouse technology, printing equipment, scanners, and operational hardware. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. User Onboarding & Offboarding Provision user accounts, devices, licenses, and business application access. Configure Business Central, Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365, and other business systems. Complete employee offboarding, account deactivation, and equipment recovery. Maintain security group memberships and perform periodic access reviews. Infrastructure & MSP Coordination Coordinate infrastructure support with our Managed Service Provider. Track and manage infrastructure issues through resolution. Coordinate server, networking, backup, hardware, and cybersecurity activities. Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate vendors when required. Vendor & Technology Management Act as the primary internal contact for technology vendors and consultants. Coordinate software upgrades, implementations, renewals, and support requests. Assist with technology purchasing and vendor management. Monitor vendor performance and service quality. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve business systems and technology processes. Recommend practical technology solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Support automation initiatives using Microsoft technologies. Help departments maximize the value of Business Central and Microsoft 365. Documentation & Governance Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Keep technology asset inventories and software licensing records current. Document system configurations, permissions, disaster recovery procedures, and vendor information. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administration experience (required). 5+ years of experience in business systems administration, systems administration, or IT operations. Strong understanding of ERP processes including finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, and sales. Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Teams, Exchange Online, Conditional Access, and MFA. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Power Automate. Experience managing user accounts, permissions, licensing, and device deployment. Experience coordinating with ERP consultants, software vendors, and Managed Service Providers. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Experience with Business Central implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Experience with SQL reporting or Power BI. API and systems integration experience. Experience with SharePoint Online and Azure. Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
